Forest Teaching Alliance

In 2014 Forest Teaching Alliance was formed as Dene Magna School was designated as a Teaching School. The alliance currently works with a range of schools providing both support and 

opportunities for collaboration. We aim not only to provide training and support for our own alliance partners, but to identify and co-ordinate expertise across the country and beyond using best leaders and teachers to:

•Lead continued professional development
•Support the development of school-led Initial Teacher Training (ITT) system
•Provide support for other schools through specialist leaders of education (SLEs)
•Engage in Research and Development to develop practice
