As we approach the start of Winter HAF events, we’re excited to remind you that there are still plenty of fun and engaging activities available for your child. It’s not too late to sign up and make the most of these amazing opportunities!

Below are just a few of the activities we’ve planned to keep your child entertained and engaged during the winter holidays

Gymnastics Activity Camp

The opportunity to learn and practice gymnastic techniques with professional instructors and equipment

Remember to cancel if you have other plans!

We understand this is a busy time of year and that plans can change unexpectedly, we kindly ask that if your child can no longer attend a Winter HAF event or activity, you let us know as soon as possible

By notifying us promptly, you help ensure that other children who are on waiting lists can take part in activities they might have missed out on, here's why this matters:

These events are subsidised not FREE: All places have been fully funded. When a child does not attend, the funds allocated for their place go unused

Fairness to all participants: By cancelling in advance, you give others the chance to enjoy the activity

Planning and Resources: Knowing the number of attendees in advance helps us prepare enough materials, space, and colleagues for each activity

Maximizing enjoyment: The fewer last-minute changes, the smoother and more enjoyable the experience for everyone involved

If you do need to cancel your child’s booking, please ensure you do so via the booking site, the guidance of how to cancel is also linked as a reminder for your convenience below
