Business Studies
At Dene Magna, we offer Business Studies at GCSE and A Level. The GCSE (9-1) uses the EDUQAS syllabus and the A Level uses AQA. Links to both are below.
Business Studies at Dene Magna intends to empower students to develop knowledge and understanding of concepts, terminology, objectives and the integrated nature of business. In addition, students will be enlightened to contemporary issues that will develop enterprising minds and independent learners with the ability to think commercially and creatively.
The majority of GCSE Business students go on to take the subject at A-Level and further education through either apprenticeships or University; most choosing Business Management, Accounting, Marketing or HR. We have two groups currently studying A-Level at our 6th Form.
